So, my intention is to give and share kindness β for myself, my students, family and friends. For everyone, for every living thing.
Inspired originally by a book of my mother and then by very special teachers, yoga is now a part of me. It is not a chore or work. It is not a possession. I step onto my beautiful mat and feel a sense of peace.β
